What you’ll do
- Maintain a simple dashboard of listening, website, campaign and volunteer activity.
- Collect and summarise listener, DJ, artist and advertiser feedback.
- Help coordinate onboarding, availability, task allocation and weekly check-ins.
- Identify support needs and help contributors keep their development plans current.
- Prepare clear review notes and protect personal information in audience and volunteer records.
What you’ll bring
- Organisation, empathy and confidence working with spreadsheets or simple reports.
- Clear communication and ability to turn feedback into practical actions.
- Discretion when handling personal information and an inclusive, supportive approach.
Your time and support
We ask for 8 hours per week, including preparation, agreed activities and team check-ins. This is a remote, unpaid volunteer opportunity. We’ll discuss a workable schedule, role-specific onboarding and the support you need. Live roles may include agreed evening or weekend slots; other tasks can be arranged flexibly.
You’ll work with the station founder or designated team lead. Relevant personal projects and transferable experience are welcome. Please contact us to discuss accessibility needs or an alternative application format.
