What you’ll do
- Research and approach suitable artists and interview guests through agreed channels.
- Prepare briefs, questions, running orders and remote recording arrangements.
- Coordinate talent-show submissions, remote performance recordings and guest schedules.
- Obtain agreed participant permissions and check content and music clearances with the station lead.
- Edit interviews and performance extracts, including promotional content for selected artists, winners and runners-up.
What you’ll bring
- Strong planning, guest communication and editorial judgement.
- Basic audio or video editing skills, or willingness to learn with support.
- Reliable internet and a computer capable of remote production work.
Your time and support
We ask for 8 hours per week, including preparation, agreed activities and team check-ins. This is a remote, unpaid volunteer opportunity. We’ll discuss a workable schedule, role-specific onboarding and the support you need. Live roles may include agreed evening or weekend slots; other tasks can be arranged flexibly.
You’ll work with the station founder or designated team lead. Relevant personal projects and transferable experience are welcome. Please contact us to discuss accessibility needs or an alternative application format.
